Triple H is doing an amazing job as the Chief Content Officer of the WWE. Wrestler bookings and storyline progression appear to be in a stable state right now. The Premium Live Events have received rave reviews under Triple H’s administration, with the most recent Crown Jewel attracting 70% more viewers than the previous year’s Crown Jewel.

The most recent SmackDown episode averaged 2.264 million viewers, which is a five percent increase over the previous week’s show.

Under the Triple H’s regime, numerous released WWE Superstars have returned to the company. Braun Strowman, The O.C, Johnny Gargano, Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Candice LeRae and many more have returned to the company. The Game’s biggest surprise to the WWE Universe might be that of Bray Wyatt’s return to the company, which was very well hyped and executed.

Triple H might have some more surprises for us, with Wyatt’s brother Bo Dallas suspected to make his WWE return soon. On To be the Man Podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair spoke about how some of the returned Superstars are possibly being underpaid by WWE. Ric Flair mentioned Braun Strowman and The O. C’s Karl Anderson as the Superstars who aren’t getting paid what they deserve.

“You [Braun Strowman] look around at projects, and you realize that you’re still a young kid and you need to make money. You’ve got a family. I can guarantee you that Hunter’s checkbook isn’t as big as it was. It’s just the way the world works. Guys are coming back looking for work, like Karl [Anderson], and I’m sure they didn’t get big raises.”

Many WWE Superstars are now getting their deserved push in WWE, and have found renewed passion to work for the company. Triple H is also focusing on growing the NXT brand to where it sells out arenas, just like its main roster counterparts.

In the same podcast, Ric Flair discussed how the company requires a depth of superstars. He stated that the promotions paying money to bring back superstars is a good thing. After all, each has to produce hours of content for the viewers. He stated that a lot of superstars get injured these days, so be it AEW or WWE, they need to have depth in their rosters.

“The most important thing is everybody got a job and is working……You need bodies, you need guys. Their injuries are going on left and right. People get hurt more often now on a more regular basis in both companies and I think they both realize they need to be deep.”

We have also documented that there will be some more changes to the current product, with some of the current Premium Live Events like Money in the Bank, Hell in a Cell, and The Elimination Chamber getting scrapped. The Elimination Chamber, slated to take place in 2023, will be the last one. Old Pay Per Views will replace these such as King of the Ring, Unforgiven, No Way Out, and Judgment Day.
