Ricochet's slam on the mat saw him unconscious for a while that might have been the reason for the Fatal 4-way match to end abruptly.

The Ring General Gunther had opponents lined up in front of him for a long time. However, the issue was resolved this week on Raw when a Fatal 4-way match decided The Miz to be the No. 1 Contender for Intercontinental Championship. The finish of the match saw the A-Listers win, but in a controversial way, with Ricochet’s close kickout. This can be traced back to The One and Only’s injury earlier in the match that put him in a probable concussion.

Wrestling Observer Radio claimed a spot saw Ricochet slam his head heavily onto the mat. His unclear condition was noticeable, yet he competed further until the end of the match. Bryan Alvarez of WOR stated that he should have been pulled out for his concern and to check out the severity of the concussion. A commercial break in between saw Ricochet’s betterment as he resumed his agility.

However, the effect of his concussion resurfaced at the end when he kicked out of Ivar’s pinfall while The Miz pinned Bronson Reed. The situation later looked confusing as the referee even restricted The Miz from celebrating his win as the outcome did not go as planned. The aftermath saw Ivar beating the hell out of Miz for seizing his opportunity. The next week’s episode of Raw has advertised Ivar vs. Miz’s singles match.

I've seen a million Ricochet matches, and he does not miss stuff, and he is not slow.

Ricochet’s dedication deserves praise despite his concussion scenario, as he delivered his 100 percent. It will be exciting to see his journey from now on, as he will probably feud in the mid-card title zone. WWE Universe hopes for his sooner recovery to see him bless the rings with his immense talent.

Will The Miz again join forces with Tomasso Ciampa to lead #DIY?

Monday Night Raw has been consistent in telling the stories that intertwine. The feud between Imperium and #DIY has continued over weeks having Tommaso Ciampa challenge Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship. But the newly turned babyface, The Miz can seek the help of DIY for his sake.

The November 30 episode of Raw saw Ludwig Kaiser cost DIY their match against The Creed Brothers. The previous match just saw the A-Lister become the No. 1 Contender for the WWE IC Title. To have a grander feel of the rivalry, Miz can join forces with former allies Ciampa and Johhny Gargano for a change.

We might see Miz confront Gunther and demand the prestigious title around his waist. But for The Ring General’s advantage, Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci will deliver an upper hand for their leader. That’s when Gargano and Ciampa can show up and equal the numbers game against the heel faction.
