Roman Reigns not only brings eyeballs to WWE, but in its rival promotions too. On this week’s episode of AEW Collision, his stature got reflected through a fan signboard. As known, Samoa Joe and CM Punk faced each other in the semi-finals of Owen Hart Tournament. In a gruesome affair, Punk emerged victorious and advanced in the tourney.

Well, before the bell even rung, an interesting visual was caught by the cameras. During Samoa Joe’s entrance, a fan was seen having a signboard which read – “Samoa Joe is my Tribal Chief.” Quite evidently, that was a Roman Reigns reference on AEW television. Tony Khan and his colleagues wouldn’t have been pleased after that.

A similar kind of sign would’ve been readily escorted out of the arena, if it were on a WWE show. The Stamford-based promotion doesn’t tolerates any sort of third-party involvement on their programming. There have been instances in the past where the fans were asked to dump their signboards, as they were violating their work policies.

Well, fans shouldn’t be asked to dump their feelings at all, until and unless they contain derogatory and offensive remarks over someone. For sure, those anti-social elements should be penalized. However, the promotions need to do security check-ins when the doors open to avoid any further inconvenience.

This week’s SmackDown was solely dedicated to The Bloodline. Roman Reigns was put on trial by The Usos. However, by the end of that segment, Reigns & Sikoa were the ones smiling. They completely annihilated the twins, forcing Jimmy Uso’s hospitalization.

By the end of the night, Jey Uso returned to avenge his brother’s suffering. Reigns, Sikoa and Heyman once again made their way out in the main-event. After The Tribal Chief got his second acknowledgement of the night from MSG, Jey interrupted them. He appeared in an unusual way and emanated from the crowd.

After that, he first dumped The Street Champion, followed by getting his hands on Roman. Somehow the Undisputed Universal Champion got out of the harm’s way. However, Jey took Roman’s title and challenged him for a match. Irrespective of when WWE makes it official, that’s the SummerSlam main-event right there.
