Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman on WWE Smackdown

Roman Reigns will celebrate his 2 years of Sheer dominance this Friday night on WWE Smackdown and what a fantastic journey it has been. The man who once got boos for even showing up on shows and stand out there smiling in front of the fans has now been turned into an undeniably loving villain, and this villian has created a special place in the hearts of almost every wrestling fan in general. Adding to his own glory, fellow Hall of Famers and legends of this industry have heaped their praise on the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

The Tribal Chief had recently confirmed that he has indeed signed a new deal with the company which will allow him to work lesser date and only major premium live events or we can name them the events which will be held at a stadium. Reigns confessed that he wants to build a special relationship with his family and that has driven him to ultimately take the decision of working a much lighter schedule with WWE as compared previously.

The Head of the Table carried the promotion through its toughest period ever and that was during the Thunderdome Era in Covid-19 pandemic. Many fans admitted that if it was not for Reigns, they might’ve stopped watching WWE as the shows had suffered miserably in terms of quality in that phase. Roman made Smackdown a must-watch television with his outstanding character shift and a string of incredible matches against various other superstars.

The Tribal Chief have held the World Title for almost 800 days combinedly the WWE Championship as well as the Universal Title. The only issue that have started to pinch everyone a lot is the current part-time schedule of Roman Reigns which has not been the best idea considering he’s been holding both the World Titles and the need to represent them on every show is the main cry right now among the WWE Universe.

It seems like the newer management have realized this shortcoming and have started to cook some creative plans already to take the titles off Roman’s shoulders soon enough. WrestleVotes is reporting that after a long time, the company is considering to take those straps off Reigns and there have been multiple ideas on the table for how it’s due to be done. The report adds that this weekend could be an interesting one. Roman will defend his championship against Drew McIntyre this Saturday at WWE Clash at the Castle, so could it be the end for Roman Reigns finally?
