In May of this year Roman Reigns had appeared on a house show in Trenton and after the show concluded he addressed the crowd and said that he has been in Trenton a couple of times in the past 10 years and is now beginning a new phase in his career, while also adding that he isn’t sure if he will be back at Trenton ever again. Reigns continued by saying that if it were the case, he would like to thank all of the fans for their support throughout the years. This had created a speculation that Reigns is set to announce his retirement in coming years and pursue a career in Hollywood.

Back in 2020, Roman Reigns had opened up on his aspirations of a Hollywood career during his chat on the Complex Load Management podcast, Roman had stated that he would undoubtedly be interested in pursuing a career in Hollywood if the proper circumstances present themselves and everything works out as planned.

Roman Reigns stated that he would want to begin with minor roles and pick up as much knowledge as he could, in order to amass as much knowledge as possible and one day, after having learned the components, be a lead in the film. Roman Reigns stated that he is now relishing his time as a wrestler in the WWE and doesn’t want to hurry into anything. He finished by stressing that he would be prepared when the perfect time presented itself.

“I think Hollywood if the right opportunities come my way and it all works out, I would definitely be into it. There is nothing like creating and seeing the magic happen. I think it would be a natural fit to work my way in a smaller role situation and learn as much as I can and gather as much info and possible and one day, I could hold it down and be that lead guy. I don’t want to rush into anything. I’m enjoying what I’m doing now. If the right opportunity came, I would be game.”

Clash at the Castle will happen on September 3rd at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff, Wales.
