“I could’ve done better”- Ronda Rousey claims that her match with Charlotte Flair was done with almost no preparation
Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey
At the Extreme Rules Premium Live Event, Ronda Rousey sealed the deal to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship for the second time in her career. Ronda Rousey defeated Liv Morgan at the event, which saw the culmination of their rivalry, and fans don’t want to see another feud between the two as it was very dull and their matches seemed to lack chemistry.
The first time Rousey won the SmackDown Women’s Championship was earlier this year, when she defeated Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania Backlash in an “I Quit Match”.
After her first win as a SmackDown Women’s Champion, Ronda Rousey held the championship for 55 days, and during that period she defended the championship twice, once against Raquel Rodriguez in an open challenge on SmackDown and the other against Natalya at the MITB Premium Live Event.
She lost the championship to Liv Morgan at MITB itself when Morgan successfully cashed in her contract. Ronda Rousey recently spoke on her YouTube Stream about her WrestleMania Backlash match with Charlotte Flair and how WWE came up with it in a day.
Ronda Rousey said that the match was formed in a day and although it is something that she is proud of, she feels that she could have done it better with some preparation.
“I’m not saying you can’t make something with zero preparation like me and Charlotte’s “I Quit” match was basically formed together at the day. Although it’s something that I’m proud of, I think I could’ve done better with preparation”

Ronda Rousey speaks about Liv Morgan’s smile at the Extreme Rules Live Event
Ronda Rousey used the arm submission at the conclusion of the Extreme Rules Premium Live Event to win the match. During the submission, we noticed Liv Morgan smiling as Rousey was applying. Morgan then passed out, and Rousey went on to win the match. Morgan was observed laughing hysterically after the loss and sitting in the dark backstage.
In the same stream, Rousey spoke about Morgan’s smile during the submission. She claimed it was convenient that there was a broken table nearby so she could grip and grind into her neck, and it was a position that many people would have grinned if they were in. Rousey went on to say that she believes Morgan is on her way to becoming a heel with a dark character. Liv Morgan’s heel turn was sealed when she savagely assaulted Sonya Deville backstage on the latest edition of SmackDown.
