Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler have set major friendship goals in the world of professional wrestling. The two women have emerged victorious against a lot of fellow superstars in their run. The tales of their dominance are widely known for sending their opponents out of the ring. Now, it was Shotzi Blackheart’s turn to fall prey to their blows.

The recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown was all set to witness a brutal face-off between Shotzi and Shayna Baszler. However, due to unforeseen circumstances or the plot of the show, the match could not be put into action at  Pittsburgh. This was due to the fact that Blackheart had already been assaulted by Baszler and Rousey at the parking lot, putting her out of action for the night.

Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler forcibly crushed Blackheart’s hand in a car door. This didn’t just leave Shotzi crying in pain, but also sidelined her from the WWE ring for an indefinite period. The WWE announcers made it official to the WWE Universe about the injury and her disappearance from the ring owing to the fresh injury. The extent of the injury hasn’t been declared by the medical team until now.

Dominating the women’s division is not new for these WWE superstars. Rousey and Baszler have established a very dominating name for themselves in WWE. While Ronda Rousey created history in the UFC, Shayna was one of the most prominent and strongest faces in the NXT. The two have also sent Raquel Rodriguez and Natalya out of the ring previously with their forceful attacks.

Shotzi’s injury changed Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszlers’ SmackDown plans

With Shotzi in pain, it was impossible for her to step up in the ring later at the event. However, WWE had a backup plan in action. WWE then changed the singles match to a tag team match between Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox, who went against Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler. Liv and Tegan claimed to have defeated everyone except the dominating duo.

The tag team match was neck to neck before Raquel Rodriguez made her way to the ring to take Shotzi’s revenge. However, it was Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox who emerged victorious in the match. Shotzi’s revenge was taken by her mates. However, her fans would be waiting for her to shine back brighter.
