Former SmackDown women’s champion Ronda Rousey made her shocking return to wrestling months after leaving WWE and retiring for good. She teamed up with her friend Marina Shafir to defeat Taya Valkyrie and Brian Kendrick. It appears as though Rousey is not done with wrestling, and the match was not a one-time thing for the former champion.

Wrestling REVOLVER recently shared a post promoting their upcoming show. The show will take place on November 16th in California. The 36-year-old reacted to the post, saying:

 How very convenient.

This has fans wondering exactly what Rousey plans on doing. The Rowdy One is teasing that she might show up for the event as she resides in California.

The question about Rousey’s wrestling career remains unanswered. Therefore, fans will have to wait and see if this is just a brief stint in the indies for the Baddest Woman on the Planet or if she plans on settling there full-time. Because the UFC alumni teamed up with Marina Shafir, an AEW wrestler, fans wonder if Ronda Rousey also plans on joining The Elite.

If Rousey chooses to come back full-time from her retirement, any company can benefit from her star power. If the 36-year-old chooses to go to AEW, she can have a new list of opponents and have fresh feuds with the women there. On the other hand, if Ronda Rousey decided to come back to WWE, she might have some scores to settle with a few women in the division.

Ronda Rousey shared the ring with two of the four horsewomen in two months

Former UFC champion Ronda Rousey had her final match in WWE at SummerSlam 2023. She lost her last match to long-time friend and former UFC alumni, Shayna Baszler. This was the first time Baszler and Rousey went one-on-one in a WWE ring. The feud, initially planned for WrestleMania, changed due to Rousey’s decision to leave WWE after SummerSlam.

Ronda Rousey’s return to the ring at the Lucha VaVOOM event had tongues wagging. Following the match, fans pointed out an interesting similarity between the two matches that Ronda Rousey had.

Both matches involved a UFC horsewoman with Rousey. The horsewomen are four fighters who were the pioneers of women’s mixed martial arts. Ronda Rousey, Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir, and Jessamyn Duke are the horsewomen in the world of MMA.
