One of the most trending superstars in WWE currently is the American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes. The former AEW Superstar has been the talk ofthe wrestling industry since his return to WWE at WrestleMania 38 and will now make some more headline when he will sit with the Texas Rattlesnake, Stone Cold Steve Austin in the upcoming episode of the Stone Cold Sessions streaming on the WWE Network.

2. WWE issues another set of releases

While the company had not made any releases for a long time now, WWE has reportedly released some superstars from NXT which has brought in a question for the company. The recent set of WWE releases includes Dakota Kai, Dexter Lumis, Persia Pirotta, Malcolm Bivens, Harland, Raelyn Divine, Mila Malani, Sanjana George, Paige Prinzivalli, and Draco Anthony. Though there is no official statement regarding the releases, but the company seems to have made the decision to release them.

While the most awaited returns for WWE is the Goddess, Alexa Bliss, the company still seems to have no plans for the former SmackDown Women’s Champion. 4. WWE brings changes to the main event of WrestleMania Backlash

While the main event of WrestleMania Backlash was not official, Roman Reigns was rumored to headline the show by facing Drew McIntyre in the premium live event. On the other hand, the Usos were set to face RK-Bro is a championship Unification match. But now, WWE has changed things and has confirmed a 6 man tag team match as the main event of the show.

5. WWE finally gives details about the UK event

WWE had confirmed a month ago that the company would return to the United Kingdom for some huge events. While the details of the events were not given for so long, the company has now named the event and announced the dates as well. The UK event is named Clash of the Castle and is set to take place in Cardiff, Wales on September 3, 2022.
