Vince Russo has now spoken up regarding Mysterio’s celebration segment on RAW. During a chat with Dr. Chris Featherstone on this week’s episode of Legion of RAW, Vince said that he was waiting for Dominic to turn heel and was expecting it as a twist in the segment. Dominic was forced to join the Judgment Day last week after Priest kept hitting his father with steel chair. Russo said that this was the best time for Dominik to turn villain as the whole family had been there. Vince said he waiting for the punchline to come but it never came through.
“This was the night Dominik should’ve turned. You talked about this weeks ago. See Chris, I’m giving you credit. This was tailor-made with the family there. I was just waiting for it. And bro, I was watching him in the back and he was kinda selling like and I’m just waiting for the punchline. That never came”.
The WWE on its social media handle, announced that the Mysterios would face The Judgment Day at SummerSlam in a No Disqualification Tag Team match. Maybe we get to Dominik turn the villain at the one of WWE’s major Pay Per View events of the year.
