“If it’s not taken away…” Sami Zayn discloses about his stay in WWE

Sami Zayn has been in the WWE business for around 2 decades. In these years he has established himself as an ardent player. He is a very popular face among the crowd and is seen on all major events hosted by WWE. 

Zayn has also had the privilege of carrying the titles of NXT Championship and the Intercontinental Championship. He has currently become a part of the Bloodline and continues to play in the same. Over the years, we have seen Sami Zayn lose his individuality. After being a part of the Bloodline, Sami has changed enormously.

Sami Zayn does not know about his tenure at WWE himself.

With his losing individuality, there were rumours of Sami Zayn expecting a quit from the show. He can be seen feeling quite hopeless for his stay in WWE. In the Broken Skull Sessions, Sami confessed to Steve Austin that he is not sure of his retirement. “Because it could be taken away when you’re not ready for it”, Sami said. 

Sami Zayn has been involved in various feuds that included celebrities from all the era. He gained massive popularity and matches after he transformed himself. His popularity has assured him a long stay in the WWE. 

“If it’s not taken away, I’ve no idea, till the wheels fall off, I suppose, and then when they do, I’d love to run my mouth and be Bobby Heenan or be Paul Heyman,” Zayn said. He is clear that he can not get over WWE any day. If someday he departs from the ring, he is definitely going to be related to the company some way or the other. 

Sami Zayn fans are always wondering about his stay in the show. It was reported that he has signed a tenure extension contract at the start of 2022 which makes it clear that he is not leaving the show in the near future. Zayn did not appear at SummerSlam because of his injury. However the injury is not major enough to keep him away from the ring. We will soon get to see Sami Zayn fight in the ring. And of course he is not retiring in the near future.
