Ever since AEW was formed, fans have been in a perpetual battle to choose their favorite company between WWE and AEW. Over the years, multiple superstars have jumped ship from WWE to AEW in hopes of a better contract. However, it appears as though fans do not want to accept the changes brought to light by former Divas Champion and AEW Superstar Saraya.

Paige, who is now an AEW Superstar going by her real name, Saraya, revealed a recent encounter with her fan at the airport. She tweeted about it, saying that a fan approached her and praised her work as Paige in WWE. However, the fan said that he was a fan of Paige and did not like her as Saraya in AEW.

Saraya revealed that she thought the fan did not like the character she played and asked him if he watched AEW. The fan replied by saying that he had never watched an episode of the show but just did not like Saraya, as he has always been a fan of Paige. The 30-year-old asked the fan how he could judge something if he had never watched it.

Many fans online tried to defend the fan Sarya met, saying that they are her fans as a performer and not the company where she works. The AEW Superstar agreed with the comments but also said that they could not give a valid opinion about the show even without watching it. The war will go on forever to decide which company is better than the other, as it is natural for fans to fight over their favorite product.

AEW has been on the run for the past two years. The storylines involving its top stars have been exceptional and have made up a big collection of memories for wrestling fans. However, one department where the company has not found real success is the women’s division. Tony Khan’s promotion has been consistently booking its more than decent women’s roster into lackluster feuds.

Due to this, the fans have lost interest in the product and do not care about women’s work in AEW. Saraya also seems to agree with the problem, as she liked a tweet that talked about the problems with the women’s division. Fans will hope that Tony Khan makes some changes and modifies the position of the division in the coming months.
