Bray Wyatt has legitimately put the entire wrestling fraternity on hold. His tragic demise is a tough pill to swallow, which gets even harder when someone like Seth Rollins turns up devastated. After a long list of condolences that have come Windham’s way in the past 24 hours, Rollins too made the cut. However, instead of tweeting out like the majority, Seth decided to deliver a video message.
As posted on X, The Visionary was numb and almost had tears in his eyes even before he started speaking. It took a while for him to gather his voice, and he instantly said that Windham, a.k.a. Bray Wyatt, was a different cat. He was simple, yet he was a deeply complex individual, added the World Heavyweight Champion. Rollins kept facing a loss of words as he was burning within a turmoil of emotions.
Seth revealed how he always loved working with Bray. Moreover, what made Rollins more happy was Wyatt’s presence around him. Moaning in agony, Seth Rollins admitted that it’s gone forever and his kayfabe arch-nemesis will be missed. Further, The Visionary recalled when he called Wyatt around the time Brodie Lee passed away. Rollins wanted to make sure that Bray stayed fine during that phase.
Although both men talked as if they were stable, none of them actually were. However, Seth did mention a special thing that Bray specifically asked him to do. The Eater of Worlds told Seth to go straight to her baby girl and hug her tightly. That was perhaps the last message Wyatt left for Rollins.
The World Heavyweight Champion believed that was the most important thing he needed to do. “You just go hug on that baby girl,’ talking about my daughter. So I just feel like that’s what I should be doing,” he said.

Seth Rollins will battle Shinsuke Nakamura at WWE Payback

Once Seth recovers from the ongoing phase of sadness, he will need to refocus. Next Saturday night at Payback, he will defend the World Heavyweight Title against Shinsuke Nakamura. Last Monday on RAW, Rollins revealed he had a couple of fractures in his lumbar spine. As a result, he’s not sure about his remaining period in WWE.
That’s the Achilles heel Nakamura has his eyes set on. The Japanese superstar wants to target Rollins’ back, which has been a bugging issue for the champion for quite some time now. Allegedly, The Visonary has been avoiding a full-fledged surgery to cure up his spinal area.
It’s not clear whether Rollins would be able to function at his full potential if he kept working through the pain. His match with Nakamura will be an incredible showdown and it will be interesting to see with Damian Priest lurking around.
