“I regret that” Seth Rollins discusses his REAL opinion on his feud with Cesaro last year

Seth Rollins and Cesaro

Seth Rollins is one of the most athletic and versatile wrestlers of this generation. The Visionary has accomplished every single thing there is to accomplish in WWE and has been sitting as a mega star in the company since 2015. Rollins has been both babyface and Heel where his Heel character gets more praise from others.

His Babyface character also won more championships than the Heel one. Seth turned heel after he got a lot of hate for the match he had with the Fiend in 2019. The match was a Hell in a Cell match where the match stopped due to referee stoppage and got a lot of backlashes. The match is even considered the worst match ever.

Seth Rollins compares two of his biggest feuds

Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins V/S Cesaro

Seth after turning heel had one of the greatest feuds and one of them was when the visionary was feuding with the former WWE wrestler Cesaro. Both of them were supremely talented and even possess great ring skills and mic skills. Both had one of the best feuds of 2021.

Their match had a lot of character and was even one of the main matches in Wrestlemania 37. It was one of the best matches of that Wrestlemania and even got praise from a lot of WWE Hall of Famers. Seth Rollins has recently talked about his feuds and said that feuds could have a lot more stories.

He continued and said that the feud had a lot of direction and it ended too soon I now regret why didn’t I force backstage to make that feud a little longer than how much before it ended. He also compares that feud with the feud he had with Edge saying. On the opposite side, Edge’s feud should have been short.

He said that feud did not have many directions and it should have been shorter but Cesaro’s one should have been bigger than what he and I had as we both were amazing at Wrestlemania and every single person of WWE loved that feud and that match.

He stated, “Got into the story with Cesaro. I was still piecing it together. I had ideas of what I thought it could be, but it didn’t take hold until the Edge story. The Edge story was so deep and I had all these different emotions to play off of. The Cesaro story had so many legs and different directions we could have taken it and one of my biggest regrets are I didn’t press hard enough to do that. I feel that’s an untapped story.”
