Logan Paul recently welcomed World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins on his IMPAULSIVE podcast. In an absolutely must-see conversation, the two superstars touched on various topics. Also, it didn’t take long for the host to express his intrigue towards Rollins’ gold. Seth giggled and told him what he thought about The Maverick’s potential involvement in the World Heavyweight Championship picture.
At first, Seth Rollins admitted that he was quite skeptical about Logan Paul’s WWE run. However, as it panned out and given their match at WrestleMania this year, Seth gave huge props to him and his business partner, KSI. The Architect highlighted Paul’s commendable commitment to this business. However, when it came to Paul getting a shot at Rollins’ title, the Champ asked him to stay out of the matter.
Upon hearing this, Logan Paul mentioned how he might not hold himself back, especially after he recently extended his WWE contract. It is worth mentioning that they seemed extremely professional throughout the episode and had a blast. No one could say that they were beefing earlier this year. But at the end of the day, that’s how this industry works.
Logan Paul vs. Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Title is indeed an exciting opportunity. Their short-term grudge on television was quite fun. That being said, if WWE ever decides to renew their rivalry while Seth is still the champion, they will create magic out of this. Fans were absolutely ecstatic with how their match went at The Showcase of the Immortals.
Seth Rollins meets a familiar face at SummerSlam this year
As confirmed during this week’s Raw, Seth Rollins will defend his title against Finn Balor at SummerSlam. The Prince wasn’t able to get over his loss at Money in the Bank. As a result, he asked Damian Priest to let him take one more shot at The Visionary. Priest agreed without any hesitation, thus ending their short-lived differences, apparently.
Rollins and Balor had a backstage face-to-face segment this week. The different setting of their face-off made the entire interaction cold, and fans enjoyed the living hell out of it. After hearing enough from the Irishman, Seth Rollins asked Finn Balor to either take his shot or get out of his face. Initially, The Prince left the scene just to deceive the champ and attack him viciously.
Before the main event on Raw got underway, Rollins appeared out of nowhere and took Balor out. They kept swinging at each other all the way to the backstage area. But now it’s official that Rollins and Balor will slug it out next month in Detroit for the World Heavyweight Title. Seven years ago, they battled at the same event where The Demon got his arm broken.
