This Tuesday, AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT went head-to-head against each other in the same slot. Both promotions left no stone unturned in putting their best foot forward to deliver a classic show. That said, a shocking video of fans from the AEW arena watching NXT has been making the rounds on the internet.

A fan took to X and uploaded a video of AEW fans sitting in the VIP lounge and watching this week’s edition of NXT. The viral video of live fans watching NXT instead of Dynamite in an AEW arena left netizens split. Dynamite took place at the Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence, Missouri, this week.

While NXT heavily promoted this week’s edition as the greatest NXT of all time, Dynamite also featured several remarkable matches and segments. Ahead of the NXT episode, WWE announced that the show will be commercial-free for the first 30 minutes this week. Countering WWE’s strategy, AEW President Tony Khan also revealed that Dynamite will be ad-free for the initial 30 minutes.

This week’s NXT featured the appearance of several WWE top stars and legends, including a surprise appearance. From Cody Rhodes’ major announcements to LA Knight serving as a special guest referee to The Undertaker’s appearance, WWE pulled out all the stops to put forward an outstanding episode.

On the other hand, AEW Dynamite also didn’t hold back from showcasing its level of excellence. From Adam Copeland’s AEW debut match to two major title changes, several significant segments took place. It was indeed a Tuesday Night War with both promotions going head-to-head.

A video of fans waiting in long queue outside reveals skyrocketing ticket sales of NXT this week

Over the last couple of weeks, WWE has spared no effort in marketing the October 10 edition of NXT. This week’s episode was facetiously touted as “WrestleMania” by netizens on social media due to the potential star-studded episode WWE was teasing. Recently, an online video seemingly revealed a possible bump in NXT’s ticket sales.

Recently, a fan took to X and uploaded a video of people waiting in a long queue. To everyone’s utter shock, the user said, “Been here since 12 am (corrected as pm later) line for nxt cr*zy people been here since 11pm yesterday,” in her post caption. The hype for this week’s edition of NXT was conspicuous.

The fans shockingly claimed that people arrived outside the arena to get the tickets a day before the actual show. She further stated in one of the comments that fans have been waiting overnight in line to get the tickets. WWE went all out in their strategic efforts, which visibly seemed to have done them enormous business.
