During the interview, Stone Cold said that the stunner always had different athletic presentations from various superstars. It was something that added flavor to his maneuver. However, he highlighted that it was The Rock who always took extra effort to sell that finisher. Stone Cold said that the way the Brahma Bull bounced back around the ring made the stunner look incredibly fashionable.

The Texas Rattlesnake praised The Rock and said that it meant so much to him. “The Rock would always take that extra effort to careen around the ring, you know, way oversell fashion,” he said. Moreover, Stone Cold mentioned the iconic matches the two superstars had at WrestleMania. He said that the Brahma Bull had a significant role in making those matches monumental.

Stone Cold further stated that sometimes he had to take the recoil of his own finisher. He said that the Rock bounced back from the ring and landed over his body at times, crushing him with his weight. Therefore, the WWE Hall of Famer said that giving the Rock a stunner could prove to be painful sometimes.

During a recent interview with WrestleRant, the Texas Rattlesnake recounted his WrestleMania 38 match. He said that he did his best to get prepared for his match against Kevin Owens on very short notice. This was Austin’s in-ring return to WWE after many years.

Speaking about his match, he praised Kevin Owens and called him “an amazing worker” and “amazing talker.” Moreover, speaking about the current Tag Team Champion, Austin said that he is in amazing shape. It looks like the WWE Hall of Famer has tremendous respect for Kevin Owens. However, Stone Cold’s match with Owens at WrestleMania 38 will always be remembered as one of the best returns.
