The Iconic Hell in a Cell Match between Mankind (better known as Mick Foley) and The Undertaker has to go down as one of the best matches in WWE History. The gruesome battle that took place at the prime of The Attitude Era at The King of The Ring pay per view inside a Hell in a Cell is described as one of the most physical bouts ever.
Mick Foley has been always described as the ultimate risk taker and the Hall of Famer has sustained multiple injuries throughout his career. However, most of the injuries that Foley incurred came in the above-mentioned bout.

His prime opponent for the match Undertaker recently reflected on their iconic bout and also mentioned Foley’s injuries in a recent tweet. While sharing a tweet from a user named 90s WWE which mentioned Mick Foley’s multiple injuries throughout his career, The Phenom then joked about the same as well.
Retweeting the image that showed multiple injuries of Foley, The Undertaker hilariously wrote- ” That was just in our HITC Match!!”. The Deadman and Mick Foley as Mankind had many rivalry matches during the Attitude Era. By which he meant that Foley in reality had suffered a lot more injuries rather than the listed above.
Mick Foley had once revealed that during the Hell in a Cell Match against Taker he had lost his two-third of an ear and suffered multiple broken bones and ribs. Both were last seen together at Ric Flair’s retirement match and have remained friends even after 25 years from the iconic match.
Who can forget the 25-feet bump that Foley took right from the top of the cell which sent him crashing down on the commentary table. The match went on to define the gruesome and unforgiving nature of the devil’s playground known as Hell in a Cell in the upcoming years.
The match remains a highlight from both Hall of Famers careers as both of them received substantial pushes throughout their after the match. While The Undertaker went on to become one of the greatest ever to step foot inside a WWE ring, the match established Foley as the ultimate risk taker and extreme wrestler who could go up to any lengths to entertain the crowd sitting in front of him.
