The Undertaker reveals that he missed out a lot on his children's childhood because of wrestling
The Undertaker has been one of the most liked and the greatest wrestlers of all times. He also lies in the list of WWE Hall of Famers. The 57 year old wrestler has spent his life in the ring for over 30 years now. He is one of the most popular figures in the history of WWE.
The Undertaker had an excellent wrestling career. From winning matches to winning championships, he has come a long way. He took his official retirement from the ring in 2020. Later in the year, he appeared at the Survivor Series to mark 30 years of his WWE debut. This moment brought back all the memories of the Undertaker to us.
The ‘dad’ side of the Undertaker revealed
The Undertaker spent a large part of his life in the ring. In our fandom, we forget that he too is an ordinary man outside the ring. Recently an episode of the WWE Legends took place. The Undertaker revealed his life on the show.
The Undertaker had always been seen as a deadly person in the ring. When he spoke of his children and their childhood days, he said,”I missed out on so much those early years with them. Because I was pursuing this dream. It’s just hard to be that guy on the road and then come home and try to be a dad.”
The Undertaker has accepted the fact that the wrestling business is tough. He hopes that his children understand that he loves them and understands the sacrifices he made for them.
Now since he has retired from WWE, he would get much time for his family. The show revealed another side of the Legend which no one would have been able to see in the ring. Time cannot be reversed but I hope the time that he has now is used to gain whatever he has missed during the years.
