WATCH: The Usos lay carnage over Solo Sikoa on WWE SmackDown, make a huge statement before Roman Reigns’ return next week
The Usos have given a glimpse of their dominance this week on SmackDown as they attacked Solo Sikoa ahead of The Bloodline Civil War.

This week main event on SmackDown saw Solo Sikoa establish his dominance over Sheamus. Despite the referee stopping their match, the Street Champion refused to stop the assault. However, The Usos’ music hit, and the arena went bonkers. The twin brothers quickly entered the ring and started unleashing themselves on Sikoa. Jey drew the first blood, followed by Jimmy and a double superkick to complete a trifecta of those.
That just wasn’t the end. Jey & Jimmy then executed a double splash over their younger brother, with Paul Heyman weeping from the outside. And just like that, the Usos stood tall in the ring to conclude the penultimate episode of the blue brand. The next episode of SmackDown will air from the O2 arena in London for Money in the Bank.
Solo Sikoa attacked Ridge Holland backstage on SmackDown. The former wasn’t obviously in a good mood after whatever transpired last week. Due to that, The Street Champion vented his frustrations over Holland. However, later on, Sheamus stood up for his Brawling Brutes stablemate and faced Sikoa to close the night.
In a hard-fought affair, The Celtic Warrior couldn’t go past The Bloodline Enforcer. Apparently, the Irishman suffered the unforgiving wrath of an emotionally upset Solo Sikoa. He even pancaked Sheamus into a barricade, which prompted Jessica Carr to call for the bell. As a result, Solo picked up the win via referee stoppage.
Will The Usos continue their dominance when Roman Reigns returns next week?
The Usos might’ve gained the upper hand last night in Lafayette. However, the question is whether they can continue that momentum. WWE announced that Roman Reigns will return to SmackDown next Friday. He must be quite incensed after what went down on tonight’s show.
It would be interesting to see how Reigns responds to The Usos next week. The conclusion to last week’s show must’ve been haunting the Tribal Chief deep inside. For the first time in a long time, quite possibly after three years, Roman seemed vulnerable in Lexington.
The bottom line is that the family he once assembled has finally crumbled. And there’s no one else to blame except Reigns himself. The Bloodline Civil War has begun, and it will culminate next Saturday when Reigns & Sikoa go to war against The Usos at Money in the Bank.
