Recently, the Buff Barbie explained how her experience in gymnastics has played a special role in her life and eventually in her wrestling career.
In an interview with Simon and Nims, Stratton stated that gymnastics helped her to understand the grit and passion of life. She revealed that the sport has taught her about her body control and overall techniques, which eventually helped her have a career in professional wrestling. In essence, the 24-year-old went on to say that gymnastics helped her enhance her mental health.

Tiffany Stratton kicked off her career while working on the main roster. She has been going all out with her performance and even won the NXT Women’s Championship on the brand. However, the young star got an early call-up from the main roster. Recently, Stratton talked about her struggles on the main roster.
Stratton stated that she is enjoying her time as a member of the main roster in an interview with the DownUnder the Ring podcast. However, traveling hasn’t been easy while working on the main roster. The former NXT Women’s Champion continued by saying that not much travel was required on NXT. She has, therefore, found it difficult to adjust. The 24-year-old put it simply: she has found it to be an anxious but exciting experience.
It made me feel nervous, it made me feel excited. Honestly, the travel has been kind of hectic. But I’ve been still kind of adjusting to that because at NXT, we don’t travel that much. We only travel every couple months, so the traveling has been a little much. But it has been so awesome, I’ve been learning so much.
