NXT entered its 2024 season with a special episode termed NXT New Year’s Evil. The show was stacked with incredible matchups and saw more add-ons for the first perfect show of 2024. In the second match, LWO went against No Quarter Catch Crew in a six-man tag team match. But as a short-lived brawl ended, LWO sent the Crew out of the ring. That’s when Joaquin Wilde went crazily airborne and was lauded for it by Triple H.

Wilde leaped from the apron, with Cruzo El Toro and Carlito assisting him in the successful takeoff. He spent nearly a second in the air as he was lifted in the air and landed on his opponents. It was one of the most insane high-flying maneuvers in WWE history. Seeing the moment get a lot of praise and virality on social media sites, HHH wrote about it in a post on X in reply to WWE’s post.

The match will now be remembered for that very spot and go on in the history books of NXT. Nevertheless, the bout was equally entertaining after that moment. The heel team’s dominance over Wilde led to him being singled out in the ring, and afterwards he made a hot tag to Carlito. In the closing moments, Joaquin took down Drew Gulak and Myles Borne with his twisted leap over them. While in the ring, El Toro and Carlito took down Damon Kemp for their victory.

He then flew over a plausible height and landed on No Quarter Catch Crew. The WWE Universe, who showed their reactions in the comments of an X post, highly appreciated the moment.
