Triple H is one of the biggest names in professional wrestling history. The current Chief Content Officer (CCO) of WWE has worked with mainstream media throughout his prestigious career. Recently, Triple H made a surprise cameo on Showtime’s business drama, “Billions”. As a result, the WWE Universe was ecstatic to see the legend in the show, playing himself.
During an episode of the latest season, Hunter seemingly gives advice to one of the main characters, Chuck Rhoades, played by Paul Giamatti. In the scene, Chuck and Triple H walk down to the ring in an empty RAW arena. Furthermore, the former asks the WWE legend for advice in wrestling terms, explaining that he needed a “double turn” to pull off.
“Double turn. Tough to pull off, but, when it’s done right, one of my personal favorites,” replied the Game. He further explained to Chuck Rhoades how to get it done. “You need to let the heel come in and get the heat from the crowd. Then your babyface comes and gets the pop,” added Triple H. Moreover, this wasn’t the first time a WWE personality appeared on the show. Previously, Becky Lynch appeared during the 5th season and wrestled in a match. Also, Triple H has starred in several movies himself, such as The Chaperone and Inside Out.
Chad Gable details the advice that Triple H gave him
Chad Gable is currently one of the hottest babyfaces on the main roster. The Alpha Academy member has risen to be one of the highlights of Monday Night RAW. Gable recently revealed details about a conversation he had with Triple H after losing against Gunther.
During an appearance on After the Bell podcast, the 37-year-old discussed what the King of Kings told him. First, Triple H made Chad Gable aware of the idea of the latter now being an underdog babyface. Furthermore, they conversed about the Alpha Academy member’s moveset and performance style as well.
“To get sympathy, you just do less. People don’t want to see an underdog babyface hitting 10,000 pretty moves and hitting 10,000 fancy dives, and flips, and suplexes all the time,” he mentioned. Needless to say, Chad Gable has transitioned into one of the biggest superstars on RAW. The WWE Universe is waiting to see when his chase for a singles championship will come to an end.
