During last night’s broadcast of WWE Raw, Dolph Ziggler made his return somewhere bizzare fashion by walking out mid-way during the main event and took a seat near the commentary desk to take a better view of everything happening around. The match saw United States Champion Bobby Lashley teaming up with Riddle to face the dynamic duo of Seth “Freakin” Rollins and Mr. Money in the Bank Theory.

During the ending moments of the match, Theory reversed Riddle into a roll-up taking some assist off the ropes only to get tripped off his legs by the Showoff himself who quietly stood up from his chair and costed the heels their match. Following the match, Ziggler delivered a vicious superkick to Theory standing tall to close out the show. By the looks of it, Dolph Ziggler had seemingly turned face after having a heelish run with his former Dirty Dawgs ally Robert Roode.

The fan reception to this face turn was fairly positive and encouraging for WWE as they started to term the last night’s happenings as a “fresh breathe of air”. Many of them have been clamoring a solid run for Ziggler in WWE as the company had been pretty lackluster with the booking of their former World Heavy Champion since the last few years. To those who are wondering as to why The Showoff randomly came out and targeted only Theory out of the lot of all superstars, we now have an update regarding the same.

According to Dave Meltzer on his Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is keen on using someone experienced to work him against Theory as to way to gain more knowledge of this business and his in-ring attributes. Ziggler is one of the most accomplished WWE Superstars ever and whoever has worked against him has only been benefited. Meltzer said WWE plans to make something out of what layed down last night and have a match between the two somewhere down the road. WWE is well aware of the unmatched worth that Ziggler possesses and they wanna make sure that Theory also gets some juice out of this.

As soon as Raw ended, fans were quick to unveil their exciting theories for Dolph Ziggler’s future as one of the most fascinating things among all of that was the idea of adding Dolph Ziggler into the currently scheduled singles match between Bobby Lashley and Theory for the United States Championship at Summerslam and possibly make it a Triple-threat.

We don’t know whether that really is the plan or not but if there’s any further update regarding this, it would be up soon.
