Over the past year, WWE has seen a seismic shift in terms of creative control. Vince McMahon retired after almost four decades of running the Stamford-based promotion. Triple H succeeded McMahon as Chief Content Officer but reports earlier this year suggested McMahon had resumed control. However, recent reports suggest that following the Endeavor deal, Triple H has regained control.
PWInsider is reporting that “There’s a belief within WWE that Vince McMahon is no longer involved with the creative end of things and that Triple H has been basically knighted by Endeavor. And he’s the one who is driving 99.9% of the creative going forward. Not Vince McMahon“. This is huge news as the difference between the styles of Vince McMahon and Triple H was seen on WWE programming.
Therefore, if Hunter is back as the primary, it means the implementation of new superstars and style of booking. This is conspicuous on WWE television, as new stars such as Iyo Sky, Tommaso Ciampa, Bronson Reed, and others are getting the spotlight lately. Fans have also supported Triple H’s decisions, as this provided WWE with a much-needed fresh perspective.
Apart from having one of the greatest careers in WWE, Triple H has also been exceptional as a booker. Therefore, fans and superstars are happy that Hunter is in control of the storylines. The backstage morale is high among the talents following this news.

Triple H’s return brings a morale boost among the superstars
Triple H’s return as the Head of creative has affected WWE programming as well as the morale of the talent. The booking of several superstars has improved in the past few weeks. Therefore, there is an overall boost in the morale and mindset of the superstars backstage. Several talents had reported that they were not happy when Vince was in control.

However, this seems to have changed as Fightful Select reported that the backstage mood has been happy in the past few weeks. Developments like Johnny Gargano’s return, Carlito’s return, and Iyo Sky’s successful defense at Fastlane have all received backstage appreciation.
Therefore, the overall mindset of the roster is currently at an all-time high. This is evident in the quality of the product produced every week. Fans are getting to witness amazing matches and segments on Raw and SmackDown every week.
WWE is currently at an all-time high in terms of business as well. Superstars like Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, and Becky Lynch, portrayed as the top stars, are doing good for WWE. This is because all stars are popular with fans as well as fellow superstars.
