McMahon was accused of sexual misconduct allegations in 1992. Rita went on to say that when she complained to his horrible behavior, he raped her.
Vince was again accused of sexual harassment in 2006 by a tanning bar employee. The incident had happened a day before the 2006 Royal Rumble. According to Dave Meltzer, while those on the outside believe that WWE is about to fire Vince McMahon, there has been no sign that this would happen. Meltzer finished by claiming that Vince McMahon is not under any duress as a result of the probe.
“From the outside, you would read the article and think they have no choice but to make a change, but there is no indication at all that will happen. And there doesn’t appear to be any real pressure for it to happen.”
Former WWE personnel and wrestling critic Jim Cornette recently stated that Vince McMahon is unconcerned about the claims because he has emancipated himself from the horrific things he has done in the past.
