Bayley went a step further in performing her heel antics. She literally fell into the ring to cause a distraction on a episode of Monday Night Raw.
Bayley falling into the ring
A hilarious video is surfacing that shows WWE superstar and Damage CTRL leader Bayley hilariously falling into the ring. The funny incident took place on the Monday Night Raw episode of April 24, 2023.
Generally, heel wrestlers are known to play several antics to win the match. Bayley went a step further and literally fell into the ring to distract the referee. The trio of Bayley, Dakota Kai, and Iyo Sky were taking on Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez.
The move, however, did not lead to victory for the team. In the end, Bianca Belair slammed Bayley with a KOD for the pinfall. Damage CTRL, although did not win, but Bayley’s moment became the highlight of the match.
Bayley’s new role as a heel is being liked by the fans. WWE Universe wanted to see the villainous side of Bayley and she has lived up to the expectations. She is not working as a typical heel, rather she is offering a lot more with the character.
This is also not the first time Bayley has done something like this. She made the exact same move last year at a live event house show when the former raw women’s champion fell into the ring to cause the distraction.

Damage CTRL’s shaky WWE run
Bayley remained out of action for about a year. She returned at SummerSlam 2022 pay-per-view. She formed an alliance with the returning Dakota Kai and Io Shirai. The team’s first major victory was at the Clash of the Castle event in September of that year against Asuka, Becky Lynch, and Bianca Belair. After a short while, they even won the women’s tag team titles twice.
The team came up strong at the Royal Rumble 2023 event. They eliminated 5 entrants in total, with 4 of the eliminations being scored by working as a team. The team, however, lost the tag titles to Lita and Trish Stratus on Raw. Damage CTRL also failed to win at WrestleMania 39 against Becky Lynch, Lita, and Trish Stratus. There are high uncertainties about the future of the trio, but fans are expecting them to stay intact for a bit longer.
