Tension continues to rise among The Bloodline members, as the differences were evident in their match against Matt Riddle, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn at Backlash 2023. Jey Uso and his brother Solo Sikoa shared an uncomfortable moment during the match, which brought The Bloodline very close to the end.
The Usos and Solo were not on the same page in the match, to begin with. Later, a couple of miscommunications led to a heated argument between the brothers. Jimmy Uso tried to be the peacekeeper between his two brothers, but this was still far from over. The dissension is at its highest point among the Bloodline members.
During the match at Backlash, which took place in San Juan, Puerto Rico, at one point, Solo was attacking everyone in his path with a Samoan Spike and destroying everyone. Suddenly, Jey Uso came behind him, and in an instant, Solo caught him for a spike as well. Sikoa was filled with anger against his own brother and was just about to execute his move and wreak havoc among the family. But that was avoided as the whole ring was then filled with chaos, and both guys were attacked by the rival team.
It has been announced that Roman Reigns will be returning to SmackDown next Friday. Therefore, it will be interesting to see what the Tribal Chief has to say about Solo’s actions during the match. How will Reigns decide the fate of The Usos, will be the most important question to ask.

The dominance of Solo Sikoa on the main roster

Ever since his debut at The Clash at the Castle in 2022, when he helped Roman Reigns get a victory over Drew McIntyre, Solo Sikoa has been established as the dominant force of the Bloodline that should not be messed with. Solo was also unbeaten on the main roster for a very long time after his debut. His overall personality was that of a silent muscle man in a gang that can destroy you if the situation arises.
Solo gelled very quickly with his fellow Bloodline brothers and formed a formidable alliance. They ran SmackDown for the better part of last year and the beginning of 2023. However, since the betrayal of Sami Zyan to the Bloodline at Royal Rumble 2023 and Jey’s outburst, Sikoa has been assigned the role of the guy who does the leader’s dirty business. Solo has been observing the Usos, especially Jey, as according to Paul Heyman, The Tribal Chief might have lost trust in the twins.
Solo has been one of the few NXT call-ups who have received a very dominant push on the main roster. If a similar pattern continues, Solo Sikoa can be a singles champion very soon.
