The 2024 Hall of Fame ceremony was filled with many wholesome and heartwarming moments. One of the moments came during Muhammad Ali’s widow, Lonnie Ali’s speech. She awarded Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson with the People’s Championship, which left him speechless.

For Muhammad Ali‘s Hall Of Fame induction, The Undertaker made a surprise return and welcomed Lonnie Ali to receive the award. She shared the story of how Ali was called the People’s Champion because of the fans. The Rock asked for Ali’s permission to use the moniker and he was proud to honor his request.

Flex Kavana proudly accepted the title and said a few words about the legendary boxer. He shared that his father trained to be a boxer before he became a wrestler and even sparred with Ali. However, amidst the ceremony to celebrate the legacy of the legends, The Rock was still focused on his first WrestleMania after eight years.

He will battle against the duo of Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes alongside Roman Reigns in the Night 1 main event of WrestleMania. The match, however, is bound by stipulations. If The Final Boss and Reigns win the match, Rhodes’ title match on Night 2 will be Bloodline Rules, where anything goes. If the result goes his way, his title match will be Bloodline-free.

The Rock didn’t forget to mention Cody Rhodes‘ family during the Hall of Fame speech of his grandmother, Lia Maivia. He made his intentions clear to Rhodes ahead of their tag team match at WrestleMania Night 1.

Rocky made things personal with The American Nightmare and said he has the utmost respect for his family. However, he also made it clear that this rivalry was not about business; it was personal. Both superstars have been verbally attacking each other’s families for weeks now, and at WrestleMania, there will be a conclusion to this rivalry. 

When it comes to the Rhodes family, I have nothing but reverence and respect. But when it comes to what we're gonna do this weekend, whatever happens, it's not business, it's personal. I'll see you tomorrow night.

The last time The Brahma Bull wrestled in a ring was at WrestleMania 32, where he defeated Erick Rowan in just six seconds. Even though he is a bad guy right now, fans are excited to see him wrestle in the squared circle one more time. It will be interesting to see whether he wins the advantage for his cousin Reigns for the main event of Night 2 or not.
