“A stupid motherf***king f****t”- When Rhea Ripley used an substandard slur for a fan

Rhea Ripley is a member of the Judgement Day.

Rhea Ripley is one of the most badass looking women in all of WWE today. His terrific in-ring abilities can’t be doubted by even a single mile and so is her ability to trash talk on the microphone. She might have become a more mature women by now but that wasn’t the case like 3 years ago in 2019.

Rhea recently became the latest addition to the WWE Hall of Famer Edge’s villainous stable “The Judgement Day”. Ripley proved her homage towards Edge during last night’s Wrestlemania Backlash premium-live-event by attacking his opponent AJ Styles while wearing a black hoodie which enabled Edge to apply a crossface on Styles to secure the win. Prior arriving on the main-roster, Ripley performed on WWE’s developmental territories like NXT and it’s subsidiary NXT UK.

During the April of 2019 while she was the NXT UK Women’s Champion, she did an online QnA session with her fans where she was supposed to insult them in Australian or Spanish as per the modifications of the session. Things didn’t went smooth as she went to call someone “a stupid motherf***ing f****t”. This statement enraged wild fury among the fans over social media for her vulgar comments.

Wrestling reporter Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful said the following about Ripley’s foul-mouthed slur,

“Rhea Ripley using a sexual slur on a live stream isn’t a good look. Hopefully she learns from it and apologizes. That stuff is unacceptable”.

Rhea Ripley later apologised for her comments

Shortly after realising how big of a mistake she’s made, Rhea went straight onto social media with a note of apology and said “I am Sorry”. You can check her full post below.

Outside of this controversy, Ripley has had a really successful WWE run so far from being the inaugural NXT UK women’s champion to a former NXT women’s champion too. On the main-roster she’s held the Raw Women’s title and the Women’s Tag team title one time. She also became the 1st ever women to defend her NXT women’s Championship at Wrestlemania, which she did against Charlotte Flair at Mania’36. Although, she lost the match and hence the championship too.
