We are less than two weeks away form witnessing WWE Summerslam emanating from the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. The show will be headlined by Roman Reigns defending his Undisputed Universal Championship against Brock Lesnar in a Last-Man Standing match. While their last encounter earlier this year at Wrestlemania disappointed a ton of WWE fans for being too short and not being able to live up to its hype as “The Greatest Wrestlemania match of all-time”.

We have some news regarding Summerslam premium live event as a whole that could inject a dose of excitement inside lot of fans as the official advertisement of Summerslam on Peacock has been listed it as a TV-14 event. While previously being reported by Andrew Zarian of MatMen Podcast that WWE Raw will be rated TV-14 for all their shows starting from July 18th but shortly after retracted his note saying the USA Network sent an internal memo regarding the change prematurely and for a yet to be finalised date.

Well, it seems like WWE has decided up on their Biggest Party of the Summer as the perfect place to apply the change on their programming. Few moments ago, Andrew Zarian tweeted out some sort of follow-up to his original TV-14 bomb stating that shortly after the internal memo was circulated by the USA Network regarding the switch, he was told that WWE Raw will indeed be going Non-PG, just not in July and now with Summerslam being the first WWE event listed as TV-14 only adds more spice to the original report coming true very soon.

Although, this year’s build up to their second biggest show hasn’t been upto the mark as many would’ve been expecting, still they have a strong and promising card on paper. Several non-title matches like Seth Rollins vs. Riddle, Logan Paul vs. The Miz and Pat McAfee vs. Happy Corbin could very well act as show stealers taking away the spotlight from already scheduled world title matches. We will have to wait and see whether WWE can live up to the moniker of their second biggest show of the year or not come July 30th.
