“Story has finished” – WWE Universe goes bonkers as Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso lose their Undisputed Tag Titles in just 9 days of winning
Disgruntled fans lash out at WWE creatives for taking the Undisputed Tag Team titles off Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso in under 10 days.

The latest edition of Monday Night Raw culminated with yet another tumultuous climax in the main event. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso’s Undisputed Tag Team Championship reign has sadly come to an end in mere nine days. Consequently, The Judgment Day are once again standing tall on the red brand.
Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso put their tag titles on the line against Finn Balor and Damian Priest. The champions pulled out all the stops to regain their titles and Jey even connected with a spear on Balor to call it a night. However, the heel faction got some unexpected assistance in the form of Jimmy Uso.
Things turned topsy-turvy with Dominik Mysterio throwing himself into the match. However, Sami Zayn appeared to counteract Dom’s constant interference. Jey climbed up the top rope to deliver a Uso Splash. It was then that Jimmy appeared out of nowhere to hit a jaw-dropping superkick on his brother, giving a clear-cut advantage to The Judgment Day.
Jimmy’s shocking assistance led Balor to plant a Coup de Grace on Main Event Jey for the win. Going by how the story is shaping up, fans can expect a potential WarGames match between The Bloodline and The Judgment Day against the babyface team, presumably led by Cody Rhodes. It will likely keep Rhodes involved in the Bloodline’s business while simultaneously leading up to Jimmy vs. Jey at WrestleMania 40.
Fans react to the abrupt end of Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso’s title reign
The WWE Universe went unhinged over The Judgment Day, winning the gold back. The majority of the fanbase has visibly taken offense to Cody and Jey losing in under 10 days. Some fans, however, are quite happy with the decision. One of the fans hilariously trolled Cody Rhodes’ major defeat by referring to the fact that the “story has finished.”
Other fans didn’t hesitate to call out the abrupt creative move by WWE. Many fans are seemingly discontent with WWE hotpotatoing the tag team championship back-and-forth. On the other hand, a few fans are happy that actual tag teams deserve to be champions rather than a makeshift team of two singles wrestlers. Check out some wild fan reactions:
One of the fans went a bit too far with a bizarre prediction that Cody Rhodes is officially out of Mania picture and that CM Punk will face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. Several others also predicted that the alliance between The Bloodline and The Judgment Day will potentially lead up to a massive heel vs. babyface WarGames match at Survivor Series on November 25.
