WWE posts a new tribute video for Brodie Lee featuring several Superstars

Brodie Lee passed away aged 41

A day after Christmas, wrestling world lost Brodie Lee. For a major part of his career, Lee was signed with WWE, where he was known as Luke Harper. But he left the company to join All Elite Wrestling.

Many fans were surprised when WWE paid their tributes to Lee, as their association had ended on a sour note. Initially, WWE had written a detailed article highlighting his WWE career. They even kicked off the episodes of Raw and NXT with a graphic of Lee.

WWE has now posted a new tribute video for Lee on their official Twitter handle. The video features several WWE superstars and producers talking about the late wrestler.

The video featured Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston, Tyson Kidd and Adam Pearce share heartwarming stories of Lee. The Raw episode had several superstars pay their tributes to Lee in their own unique ways.

Lee was signed by WWE way back in 2012. He worked with the company for 7 years. His first appearance for the company was ay NXT, where he wrestled under the ring name of Luke Harper.

Brodie Lee gained popularity when he appeared as a part for the Wyatt family. During his run with the company, he won the NXT as well as the Smackdown Tag team Championships. Lee had even managed to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship once.

Lee’s last appearance for WWE was in 2019, at Crown Jewel, in a Battle Royale match. Post that, he was released from the company. He went on to join AEW in March 2020, where he was the leader of the Dark Order. Lee passed away at the age of 41, due to a lung issue.
