And she does it again! Ronda Rousey engages in a botch during Smackdown tapings as the WWE creative team is forced to edit it

At WrestleMania 38, Ronda Rousey will face Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, but first, the two will compete in a tag team bout at Elimination Chamber pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia. A contract signing was held at Smackdown tapings this week for the tag team match featuring Rousey, Charlotte, Naomi and Deville.
Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair engage in a botch

After Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair botched the contract signing for their match on Saturday, WWE executives were relieved to have their newest SmackDown edition pre-taped. Rousey and Naomi will team up to face Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville at the Elimination Chamber PPV in Saudi Arabia this Saturday as part of the build-up to their major title bout at Wrestlemania, and the two teams will be portrayed clashing in a tumultuous contract signing for that event on Friday.
The SmackDown version was pre-taped due to WWE crew members travelling to the Middle East this week, which turned out to be a good thing after Rousey and Flair managed to screw up one of the important moments. Rousey grabs Flair’s hair and shapes to slam her head into the table during the segment. In what turned out to be an unpleasant exchange, the champion, on the other hand, appeared to miss her cue, unable to sell the move correctly.
While WWE cameramen are no strangers to improvising to cover up flaws, wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer predicts that this specific clip will be deleted entirely.
Rousey has challenged Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship at Wrestlemania 38

Rousey, 35, returned to WWE after a three-year absence in January’s Royal Rumble, and when she and Flair were left as the final two contestants, the former UFC star threw ‘The Queen’ over the top rope to prevail.
Many anticipated ‘Rowdy’ to use her title shot, which is normally given to the victor of the Rumble, to wreak vengeance on Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, who defeated the pair and Flair in a Triple Threat match at Wrestlemania 35.
For the first time in WWE history, a female bout was the main event of the company’s most famous pay-per-view. Rousey, nevertheless, surprised everyone when she declared she would be battling 13-time world champion Flair, who is also 35, for the title.
