“Why not try to be Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos?”: Sasha Banks reveals her crazy wrestling idea
Bezos, Banks and Musk
Sasha Banks is one of the most loved Superstars on the WWE roster today. She had a bumpy ride last year – with the highlight being the main event of Wrestlemania 37. Unfortunately, she had entered as the Smackdown Women’s Champion and ended up losing the title to the EST of WWE, Bianca Belair.
The rest of year, she spent chasing the title. Whenever she came close to challenging for the title, The Boss was ruled out of action due to several injuries. But this year things have already been a lot better. Recently she formed a Tag Team with fellow Smackdown Superstar Naomi.
Sasha Banks and Naomi challenged Carmella and Queen Zelina in a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team match. They made a thunderous return at the event in a Lamborghini. But they topped the entry with their victorious exit. Banks pinned the Champion Carmella, to kick off her third reign as the Women’s Tag Team Champion.
There is no doubt that Sasha Banks is a top star of the company and she is the go-to Superstar for WWE. She had even headlined the first ever Iron Woman match in the history of WWE. She recently appeared on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast where she revealed another crazy idea that she wants to headline.
“I am going to be here on this planet, why not be the first? Why not try to be Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk? Why not, why can’t I try, why can’t I think big? So I think I would love to go to space,” she said. “I would love to be the first woman to put pro-wrestling on a different planet. Not the moon, let’s say, Mars. It has to be a Frog Splash,” mentioned the one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions.
Sasha Banks suffered a surprise loss on Smackdown
As the Women’s Tag Team Champions, Sasha Banks are on double duty and have been appearing on Raw as well as Smackdown. This week on Raw, they had a Championship Contenders match against Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley – where they picked up a decisive win.
They are still scheduled to put their titles on the line next week against the same opponents. But before their big tag team battle – Banks and Morgan collided this week in a singles match. The Boss was the clear favorite to pick up the win, but somehow Morgan managed to win – in what could be the biggest win of her career so far!
