Since debuting on the main roster, Nakamura has won the Royal Rumble in 2018 and has also won the United States Championship on two occasions. When Nakamura won the Intercontinental Championship in 2019, he became the second wrestler to have held the title as well as the IWGP Intercontinental Championships, after Chris Jericho.

Shinsuke Nakamura Royal Rumble debut came in 2018 where he won the Men’s Royal Rumble match and shocked the world with his debut. The Royal Rumble match win bought Nakamura a WWE Championship match against AJ Styles at WrestleMania which he eventually lost.

In 2019, Nakamura entered the Royal Rumble match again and had a goal to mark a second Royal Rumble match win but Seth Rollins had similar plans which led to Nakamura losing. Nakamura’s third appearance came in 2020 where he was unable to eliminate anyone because of the carnage of eliminations caused by Brock Lesnar.

In 2021, Nakamura entered his fourth 30 Man Royal Rumble match in which he was able to eliminate one superstar but was not motivated enough to win the match.
