After an intriguing battle, Big E finally succeeds to escape the cage and thereby, winning the match. But the joy of Big E’s hard-fought victory over the ‘The Prizefighter’ does not last long as Seth Rollins starts attacking both the exhausted superstars.
But before Seth could use his finisher Curb Stomp on Owens, Big E seems to recover and neutralizes Seth with a Big Ending. When WWE Universe almost starts to percieve Big E as the last man standing in the ring after this segment, a fired up almighty Bobby Lashly rushed into the ring to lay waste to these three superstars. Later on, in a backstage segmen, Lashley explains his actions as events inspired by a sense of disrespect. “The All Mighty” Bobby Lashley feels disrespected because of the absence of his name from the Championship scenario. The built up of the new storyline which now includes Bobby Lashley, also gets teased by WWE official Twitter handle.
On a December 9th Tweet, WWE teases Bobby Lashley’s entry into the WWE Championship frame. WWE, on Twetter, writes “Does The All Mighty @fightbobby have unfinished business? @The305MVP#WWERaw“
WWE makes it quite clear that regaining the WWE Championship, which Bobby Lashley lost to Big E in a Steel Cage Match more than two months ago, is Lashley’s ‘unfinished business. It will be worth watching how the storyline shapes from here on as a destructive Bobby Lashley, WWE Champion Big E, cunning Seth Rollins, and somehow desperate Kavin Owens coming into the same storyline for the WWE Championship scenario makes matters interstingly complicated.
