“Hopefully he comes home”: The Undertaker showers praise on Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt is one of the most popular names in the professional wrestling industry. Real name Windham Rotunda, he is a third generation professional wrestler. Between 2009-2012, he was seen performing on WWE’s developmental territory – Florida Championship Wrestling under several ring names.
In 2010, he debuted on the main roster as Husky Harris – but this was a very brief stint. After a couple of years he returned, after being rebranded as Bray Wyatt! Leading the heel stable named The Wyatt Family – the WWE Universe immediately were in awe of his character work.
But he struck the ball completely out of the park – when he returned to WWE in 2019 with a new supernatural gimmick – The Fiend. It wasn’t like anything that the WWE Universe had seen in a long, long time. There is no doubt that Bray Wyatt is one of the most creative minds in the entire industry.
Initially, Bray Wyatt’s The Fiend character was immensely pushed by the company – but soon the character all its steam after he lost to Goldberg. He never really recovered from the loss. He did have an iconic feud against Randy Orton but was eventually released from the company. But recently, Wyatt received appreciation from the yardstick of the supernatural gimmicks – The Undertaker.
Taker recently appeared at Wrestlemania’s Superstar Axxess, where he praised Wyatt during a Q&A session. The clip has been going around where Taker mentions, “I hope things get worked out with him somewhere. He is a phenomenal talent and I think he has a lot to offer this industry. So, I want to wish the best for him. Hopefully, at some point, he comes home.”
Bray Wyatt had teased a Wrestlemania appearance
Bray Wyatt has not been seen in action since he was released from WWE. Reportedly, he is currently working on a Hollywood project and is quite unlikely to be seen wrestling anytime soon. But he teased his fans recently – when he revealed that he was in Dallas, during the Wrestlemania week.
“I just got to Dallas. This place feels so alive, it makes me feel alive. This week in particular has always been a huge part of me. God damn I missed this energy. I missed all of you too. I’m sure some of you have questions for me. I got answers. Here it is. I’ll reply to 6 questions in the next hour. Keep in mind I hate ruining surprises,” wrote Bray Wyatt in an Instagram post.
