A fan recently shared two photos of the Imperium members ranging back to 2008. One of the photos features the superstars sharing what appears to be a beer bottle. The other photo comprises them laughing pointing at something and laughing.

The duo has spent nearly their entire wrestling careers by each other’s side. They came up together in the indie wrestling scene, having matches all over Europe. WWE signed the two superstars roughly within the same time frame.

They have also been a part of the same faction, Imperium, for over five years. Even after Giovanni Vinci was kicked from the stable, the German and the Austrian continued to stick together on screen on Monday Night Raw.
