Rhea Ripley is one of the most powerful women in WWE currently. The Brutal one has been one of the most athletic and competitive superstars in WWE since her debut. Ripley’s career has gained her a lot of respect which has also made her one of the most popular superstars in WWE currently.
Current Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair had nothing but praise for the former NXT Women’s Champion. Flair sat in interview with Cultaholic a few months back and heaped praise on her former rival:
“Seeing her growth, seeing her take the ball and run with it, seeing her being thrown into high pressure situations – WrestleMania with me, WrestleMania with Asuka. We have been working live events against each other and, when I look across that ring, I go: ‘she really is going to be the future of this division’. I’m extremely proud of her, set aside our storyline and set aside my character, she’s really come a long way.” – Sportskeeda
Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair have been a part of a very intriguing rivalry lately
The first time ever battle between the Queen Charlotte Flair and the Brutal Rhea Ripley took place at WrestleMania 36 when the 2020 Women’s Royal Rumble winner, Flair, chose the NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley as her opponent for the 36th edition of the Grandest Stage of them All.
Flair was successful in their first match but not a year later when Ripley defeated the Queen to become the Raw Women’s Champion for the first time ever in her career. Their rivalry then took a steep turn when the two started battling each other to gain control over the Raw Women’s Champion but in the end, it was Flair who took the lead.
