Current plans for the winner of Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 38
Lesnar and Reigns
In the main event of Night Two of WrestleMania 38, Universal Champion Roman Reigns will battle WWE Champion Brock Lesnar in the biggest Wrestlemania match of all time which will also be a “Championship Unification” match.
The winner of Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns will be hailed as the WWE Unified Champion
There has been a lot of conjecture about what this signifies for both world titles’ futures. The present idea is for the winner of Lesnar vs. Reigns to be hailed as the “Unified WWE Champion,” as per the weekly Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
They wrote, “For however long it lasts, Wrestling Observer Newsletter says WWE will refer to the winner of Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns as the ‘Unified WWE Champion.”
Now the question that arises is, out of both the powerhouses, who might emerge as the winner. Well, this tough question will only be answered at Wrestlemania Sunday when they collide but till then let’s have a look at who has the upper hand as of now and who is being branded as the ‘favourite’ by WWE.
Roman Reigns is being made to look strong
As far as the history of these two athletes is concerned, we surely can talk about them for over 24 hours. But when we talk about Wrestlemania, it’s the Beast who has put down the Big Dog twice at the grandest stages of them all. This might be one of the reasons why WWE is making Reigns look strong as they wouldn’t want the face of the company, is what we can call him, to drop down to Lesnar at Wrestlemania 3 times in a row.
Upon rejoining the company as a heel at SummerSlam 2020, Reigns has been practically invincible, but Brock Lesnar is the only person who can really end his historic run. But, what we saw at the Road to Wrestlemania event held at Madison Square Garden says otherwise. Following the match, the Tribal Chief struck Lesnar savagely, causing the Beast Incarnate to bleed profusely. After that, Reigns went on to hold both the WWE and Universal Championships, and he asked Lesnar to recognise him.
The stakes are really high at the main event of Wrestlemania and neither of us can wait to witness this historic match. Irrespective of the outcome, we’re sure it is gonna be a hell of a match.
