“Such a menace”: Current Champion discusses a feud against Becky Lynch
Raw Women's Champion
Becky Lynch is one of the most dominant Superstars on the WWE roster currently. After maternity break, she returned to the company at Summerslam 2021 and immediately won the Smackdown Women’s Championship. Since then she has managed to hold a WWE title for every single day.
Currently holding the Raw Women’s Championship Big Time Becks has defended her title against the likes of Liv Morgan, Doudrop and even WWE Hall of Famer Lita. After successfully defending the title against Lita at the Elimination Chamber, she has ensured that she will be walking into Wrestlemania 38 as a Champion.
At the Showcase of Immortals, the story which began at Summerslam 2021, will be coming to a full circle. Becky Lynch will be putting her title on the line against Bianca Belair. The EST of WWE has a chance to avenger her 26-second loss at the “Biggest Party of the Summer” and win back her title.
But it seems like another Superstar is already looking forward to a feud against the Raw Women’s Champion. One-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions – Queen Zelina, feels that the creative team will never give her a match against Becky Lynch. She made a tweet where she exudes confidence about winning the title.
“Lol, they know not to give me a shot at the WWE Raw Women’s Championship.. because I will be suchhhhhh a menace when I have it around my waist. SUCH a menace” – tweeted Vega.
Becky Lynch came close to being fired during her early days
Big Time Becks is one of the top Superstars on the WWE roster currently. She was the winner of the first-ever Wrestlemania women’s main event match. She had defeated Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair in a Triple Threat match to become the Double Champion.
But what many fans might not know is the fact that Becky Lynch came close to being fired from the company during her initial days. The management used to feel that Big Time Becks lacked the “it factor”. Thankfully, they decided to keep her and she went on to prove everyone wrong – becoming one of the most popular athletes in the world.
