In the third match of the FIFA World Cup, Senegal will battle it out against the mighty Netherlands in Group A and will look to start their campaign on a high by taking all three points. Despite the unavailability of their star man Saido Mane, Senegal will be a very tough opponent to face as they have one of the best defensive records with six clean sheets in their last eight competitive matches.
Netherlands on the other hand is regarded to move to the next round easily considering their opponents in the group and the squad depth they have. Louis van Gaal will look to do the impossible possible and bring the trophy home finally after what has been a wait for eternity now.

Senegal will be without their star man Sadio Mane as he has withdrawn from the squad after a fibula injury and it will require surgery. And RB Leipzig’s Abdou Diallo will miss out on the first match of this World Cup campaign due to a knee issue.
Netherlands will also be suffering a bit on the attacking half as they will have to play the first match without their star man, Memphis Depay who will be out due to a hamstring injury. He has been out of the field and hasn’t played a single match since his injury against Poland way back in September. Denzel Dumfries and Marten de Roon are also set to miss the first match due to fitness issues.
