Popular Grand Theft Auto role-playing streamer Lucas “Buddha” claimed in a recent stream that he and fellow streamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel were almost kicked out of a Memphis Grizzlies vs. Los Angeles Lakers game due to their behavior.

Buddha is known for his entertaining streams in the GTA RP community. He revealed during his recent stream that the Memphis Grizzlies team wanted to have him and xQc removed from the game due to their behavior during the match. The two streamers were supporting the Los Angeles Lakers during the game. This is not surprising since they are both residents of LA. Betting a couple of hundred thousand dollars, xQc even placed a bet on the Lakers’ victory.

The clip from Buddha’s stream has gained traction online. In the clip, Buddha revealed that he and xQc were being critical of the Memphis team during the game. They were later approached by staff. Buddha said that they were not trash-talking or causing a disturbance. However, it appears that the Grizzlies did not take kindly to their comments.

“At like the ending of the third quarter, see the guy like the security? One of them comes up behind me and xQc, like, ‘Yo, yo. The Memphis bench is really p*ssed off with you guys. They want us to kick you out. We are not going to do that, but we’re going to need you guys to calm down.’” According to Buddha, security personnel informed them during the game that the Memphis team was upset with their behavior and wanted them removed. However, Buddha and the Juicer were surprised as they were not making a lot of noise or trash-talking.

Buddha later explained that the people next to them were being loud. The Grizzlies mistakenly thought they were part of that group. “So I think to try to get at this motherf*cker, they tried to kick us out,” he said.

It remains to be seen if the Memphis Grizzlies will respond to these claims from Buddha. However, the incident highlights the growing influence of streamers and content creators in the entertainment industry, as well as the potential for unexpected encounters and controversies at live events.
