In a surprise turn of events, Jordon Hudson’s old boyfriend has come to her aid. She has often been the target of social media abuse due to the age gap with her current boyfriend and former NFL head coach, Bill Belichick.

Hudson’s been accused of taking advantage of Belichick and that she’s only in the relationship because of his money. The criticism comes with the territory, but Hudson doesn’t bat an eye at it.

They go on dates. Long walks on the beach, doing yoga, and taking boat rides—similar to what most couples do. She even accomplished what once seemed improbable. Hudson introduced the 73-year-old to Instagram, through which fans found a way to connect with the legendary coach.

The pair recently appeared on CBS Mornings to promote Belichick’s new book. However, the interview was less than ideal. Hudson reportedly didn’t like the tone of the questions by host Tony Dokoupil. She kept interrupting the Q&A session and even stormed off, even though the session wasn’t over. The network denied all the rumors, but a few leaks were enough to ignite online hate against her.

Meanwhile, Hudson’s old boyfriend has come to defend her

She is wise beyond her years, much more than any 20-something I’ve ever met in my life. The narrative about her character is not fair to her.

Joshua L. Zuckerman, a businessman claiming to be Jordon Hudson’s previous boyfriend, told TMZ

Zuckerman wants the social media to leave Hudson and Belichick alone

Zuckerman met Hudson a few years before she hit it off with Belichick. The Bridgewater State University graduate and Zuckerman reportedly had a platonic and romantic relationship.

I feel bad that she’s caught up in this whirlwind. To be honest, I wish these internet trolls and paparazzi would leave her alone… Let them live their lives.

Joshua L. Zuckerman told TMZ

He considers Hudson a good friend with big ambitions.

Julian Edelman defends Bill Belichick’s awkward CBS interview

A lot of famous people were shocked to see Belichick’s interview on CBS. Barstool Sports’ Dave Portnoy tweeted that he wasn’t expecting to see Belichick the first thing in the morning.

My Sunday morning routine is always coffee and CBS Sunday Morning. It’s a feel-good show. The opposite of controversial. So imagine my surprise this morning when they had the most awkward Bill Belichick interview I’ve ever seen. Like I was squirming in my seat.

Dave Portnoy tweeted

Portnoy wasn’t the only one to take a dig at the eight-time Super Bowl winner. Julian Edelman, on the other hand, defended his ex-boss. On a recent segment of the Dudes on Dudes podcast with Rob Gronkowski, Edelman claimed the interview was being blown out of proportion.

From what I’ve heard, Jordon [Hudson] is…playing the Berj’s role [and is] handling all the football ops, managing a lot of his social presence, and overseeing much of his PR. When you look at this situation and say, ‘Oh, this is just his girlfriend jumping in,’ I think that’s unfair.

Julian Edelman said

Gronkowski chimed in with his theory.

No one’s really putting this together. When your name is Jordon and you’re on the University of North Carolina Tar Heels campus, you’re God.

Gronk compared Hudson to NBA legend Michael Jordan

Earlier this year, Edelman was one of the roasters at The Roast of Tom Brady, and his target was Belichick.

Well, Belichick wasn’t without a job. A couple of months earlier, he agreed to become the head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels football program, with Hudson as his representative.
