Alex Bowman shares his feelings after Bubba Wallace wreck ruined his chances
The HMS No:48 driver was one of the drivers that was in the wrong place at the wrong time, during the Big One. Talking about the incident, he admitted that he tried get out unscratched by moving up the lanes, but AJ Allmendinger blocked his path.

Bowman confessed that he hates the result for his team, as he had a car fast enough to be at the front as he passed more cars than anyone on the day. He is moving into the next race, bummed about not having the track positions he should have.
I just saw guys wrecking in front of me. I tried to get high. The No. 16 came back across the track and we all piled in there. I hate that for this team. We had a really fast No. 48 Ally Chevrolet. I think we passed more cars than anyone’s ever passed at Texas. We just shouldn’t have been back there to begin with. Really bummed, but we’ll move onto the next one.
Alex Bowman said.
The comments from the Chevy driver, who has been desperately looking for his first win of the 2025 season, shows he is finding it a little hard to move on from the Texas disappointment. It would be it would be interesting to see how the No:48 team will perform in the coming days, learning from the latest mistakes.
