It didn’t take long for Donald Trump to launch a fresh jibe at Travis Kelce’s popstar girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Right after returning from his short trip to the Middle East, the President of the United States of America commented on Swift’s appearance.

It definitely caught everyone off guard. Trump has previously criticized Swift in open forums, but not to this extent. Swifties are eagerly waiting for a reply from their idol.

Donald Trump wrote on the right-leaning social media platform Truth Social, similar to X:

Has anyone noticed that, since I said ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,’ she’s no longer ‘HOT?‘

In the 2020 Netflix documentary titled ‘Miss Americana,’ Swift expressed her political views. Her dislike for Trump was not a secret, but that was the first time she called out the Republican head-on directly.

Swift urged voters to elect Joe Biden and later endorsed Kamala Harris in 2024. Kelce allegedly wanted to follow the same path and voice his support for the Democratic candidate, but remained in the shadows. Trump emerged victorious in the elections and became president for the second time.

Both Swift and Kelce are no strangers to receiving awards. The All-Pro tight end has won three Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs, while Swift bagged 14 Grammys, two dozen American Music Awards, and many more.

They have a chance to score a joint award. According to People Magazine, both Kelce and Swift are nominated for awards at the upcoming Kids’ Choice Awards.

Swift, 35, is also nominated for Favorite Female Artist. Her competition is Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Cardi B, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, and SZA. Her song ‘I Can Do It With a Broken Heart’ is also nominated in the Most Favorite Song category. Kelce on the other hand is nominated for Favorite Male Sports Star.

This won’t be the first time the beloved couple earned nominations in the event. Last year, they collectively bagged four awards that included Favorite Female Artist, Favorite Global Music Star, and Favorite Ticket of the Year.

Kelce and Swift were recently seen together in Philadelphia. The paparazzi caught them dining at a restaurant on Mother’s Day. They had company. Kelce’s mother, Donna; older brother, Jason; and sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, joined them for a small family gathering.

Later, Jason revealed from the Amazon MGM Studio that Swift met his youngest daughter, Finnley.

Yep, she’s met her. We were fortunate to have them all in, and it doesn’t happen often. Everybody’s busy, but it was really special.

The Kelce brothers visited the famous California-based production company to shoot an episode of the New Heights podcast in front of a live audience.

Travis, 35, unlike his brother, is still hanging in the NFL. Earlier this year, the Chiefs blew the chance to secure the first-ever three-peat in the NFL era. The Philadelphia Eagles shattered their dreams. Since then, Kelce has lost more than twenty pounds and is eagerly waiting for July, when he will join the rest of the Chiefs crew for training camp.
