Were Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce’s houses burglarized?

On October 7, 2027, Kelce was away on a game duty with the Chiefs. That’s when unknown men broke into his empty house in Leawood and stole a bunch of valuables. According to police records, a total of $20,000 was stolen.

Around the same time, a group hit Mahomes’ Loch Lloyd house and stole $5000 worth of belongings, according to the FBI. The federal forces also linked the perpetrators with burglarizing Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow’s home in Ohio.

The Argentine and Chilean police caught the aforementioned perpetrators in connection with a robbery at the home of Argentine tennis player Juan Martin del Potro‘s that occurred earlier this month in Argentina. As they have no record of having committed a crime within Chile’s borders, they can only be tried in either Argentina or the USA.

The police identified them based on a photograph, taken right after the burglaries in 2024. Four individuals can be seen in the photos (one’s face is hidden). They are standing next to a safe containing all the loot.

Mahomes and Kelce’s restaurant received a bad review from a popular critic

The three-time Super Bowl champion duo started a steak restaurant, “1587 Prime,” in September 2025. However, since the inauguration, the establishment has been engulfed in several controversies. Even a lawsuit was filed against Kelce and Mahomes’s eatery by a sneaker company, accusing them of using an identical brand name.

TikTok food aficionado Nicole Rose uploaded a video of her experience at the restaurant. According to her, the servers took 45 minutes to serve them the wrong cocktails, and took the people in charge an additional twenty minutes to sort out the conundrum.

Rose claimed the fastest move the server pulled was collecting the $650 bill from them.

Patrick Mahomes enjoys the offseason with family

Mahome is currently recovering from an ACL injury that required surgery. Nearly five months removed, he’s back in the lab training hard so that he can be available to start in week one of the 2026 NFL season.

In the meantime, the former league and Super Bowl MVP enjoyed lovely downtime with his wife, Brittany, and children, Sterling, Bronze, and Golden, at CPKC Stadium, where the Kansas City Current soccer team defeated the Portland Thorns 3-1.

Brittany partly owns the KC Currents. She has plans to get Taylor Swift to attend one Currents game someday.
