Brock Lesnar toyed with Oba Femi on the final Raw before SummerSlam, where they’ll meet inside Hell in a Cell in their trilogy match. The show began with WWE CCO Triple H and Raw GM Adam Pearce inviting Femi to come out for the weigh-in. The HIAC structure was lowered down for the segment.

Femi weighed 302 pounds upon measuring. After Lesnar came out, he locked himself out of the cell and kept the keys by himself. Flanked by Paul Heyman, Lesnar ambled around ringside with his mouthpiece doing the trash talking for him. Heyman put emphasis on his client being unbeaten inside Hell in a Cell.

The former UFC Heavyweight Champion defeated The Undertaker on both occasions they fought inside that sadistic structure. Giving Femi the tag of being the most dominant man to join WWE in the past 24 years, ‘The Wiseman’ asserted that wouldn’t make him beat Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell.

And for the record, Brock Lesnar had his weigh-in backstage and the scale showed 303 pounds, which was a pound more than Femi. Having said that, Lesnar grabbed the mic from Heyman and told ‘The Ruler’ looking in his eyes from the outside that he’ll handle him at SummerSlam.

As Lesnar proceeded to walk away with Heyman, Femi affirmed that it’d end this Saturday when ‘The Conqueror’ would be locked in there with ‘The Bringer of War’. Lesnar returned to ringside and flipped Femi off. The latter followed suit as well. The Nigerian wrestler then attacked some cops in the ring to vent his frustration with Lesnar avoiding him once again.

They will collide in what promises to be a barnburner of a contest to kick things off at the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Lesnar and Femi are tied at one win apiece It was Oba Femi who decimated ‘The One in 21-1’ at this year’s WrestleMania. Lesnar made amends for his loss by faking a retirement and defeating the 28-year-old from Lagos at Clash in Italy.

Mark Henry believes that Brock Lesnar will retire after SummerSlam

One of the biggest fan queries heading into SummerSlam is whether it’ll be the last of Brock Lesnar. The two-night event is taking place in Lesnar’s home state of Minnesota, and there wouldn’t be a better place for the 49-year-old to ride off into the sunset. Mark Henry also believes that Lesnar will retire from WWE after losing to Oba Femi at the Biggest Party of the Summer.

Henry emphasized The Beast’s longevity in this business and how instrumental he’s been for the industry. In an interview with Casino.org, ‘The World’s Strongest Man’ thought that Femi’s upcoming Hell in a Cell clash with Lesnar is going to be The Ruler’s coming-out party. He gave up his guaranteed world title shot to face Lesnar at SummerSlam.

The former NXT Champion said ‘The Beast’ would’ve screwed him over if he challenged for a world title anyway. It would be interesting to see how WWE would handle the King of the Ring situation with Femi after SummerSlam. How will it factor into him getting his crack at either of the world championships, and, more importantly, when is it going to happen?

Not that long ago, Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio that Femi might have to wait until next year’s WrestleMania in Saudi Arabia to have his moment of truth.

Meltzer also stated that WWE purposely avoided having Femi chasing Roman Reigns at SummerSlam to keep building towards it as the biggest match possible for when it happens.
