It was a memorable run as well, as the Knicks pulled off some historic comebacks and were also on a 13-match winning streak during their postseason run. After going down 2-1 to the Atlanta Hawks in the first round, the Knicks won the next three games and clean swept the 76ers and Cleveland Cavaliers in the next two rounds before taking a 2-0 lead against the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals.

The celebrations went on for weeks, and the city of New York was united like never before as over two million fans took to the streets during their championship parade. While it was their third title overall, this one meant a lot more due to their title drought.

The long wait for a championship was taking a toll on its fans, such as Chalamet. However, fans such as Jenner got to see her team lift the title immediately after getting into the sport. It is fair to say she may be their lucky charm, or she may have just gotten lucky and happened to follow the team at the right time.
